We want you to love your Knitfirst purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
✅ Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Must include original packaging and proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
❌ Non-returnable items:

Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed knitwear).

Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout).

Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email support@knitfirst.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) or return instructions.

Ship Back: Pack items securely and attach the label. For international returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is received (subject to stock availability).
Return Shipping Costs

Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective/wrongly shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost returns).
International Returns

International customers are responsible for customs fees and return shipping.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@knitfirst.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
