We want you to love your Knitfirst purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:
 Unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✅ Must include original packaging and proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
 Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., monogrammed knitwear).

  • Final sale items (marked "Final Sale" at checkout).

  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email support@knitfirst.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) or return instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Pack items securely and attach the label. For international returns, you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once your return is received (subject to stock availability).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective/wrongly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost returns).

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees and return shipping.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours at support@knitfirst.com with photos for a replacement or refund.
